6 bone-in Turkey Breasts Q-view

I smoked 6 bone-in turkey breasts for my sister-in-law's Church yesterday. Cajun style. About 9 lbs. each. They got rave reviews.

Awesome looking turkey! Turkey is one of my favorites on the smoker. Excellent color on those! Did you brine first?

No, I get better, juicer, more flavor results by injecting.

Injected or brined bone-in breasts are the best! Great job, looks very tastey. Guess I'll have to find turkey for lunch! 🍗

Those look like some fine breasts!!  Great color also. Details on the injection?  Curious as to where you can get that many big ones?

Actually, they from the local grocery store, Bi-Lo. Averaged 9lbs. Injection is Tony Cachere's Creole Butter injection. bottle per bird.

I love Cajun anything, stationed 6 yrs. in La.  I have a very large roasting chicken and now I have plans for it.   Spatchcock ,  rub, then creole butter injection.  Thanks for the inspiration!!
