Thank you Richie, Here is a good story to go with that. The guy I cooked that for, his Dad doesn't eat meat, his Mom videoed him sitting at the table and sneaking pieces of Brisket, then you can hear her say "I thought you didn't eat Meat ?" he says "This is good stuff" Funny !!
