Doug from Western Illinois. Looking forward to this forum for some valuable info on the art of smoking meat. I have just recently purchase a used smoker from my brother in law. He has three boys under the age of two and said he doesn't have the time anymore to use it and is tired of moving it. The smoker is a three rack "smoky mountain series" charcoal. He said $20 and it was mine. Jumped on it. Have a good friend who has recently gotten into smoking meat for the last couple months and has really turned out some masterpieces.
