I do have a question and I'm sorry if you already said it and I missed it but once you cut them up and put it back in the smoker how long or what temp do you cook them to

I put them back in the smoker for two hours. I didn't worry about internal temperature, I was going for a nice exterior.

Thanks for the kind words.

Sirloin also makes a nice loin ham. Just saying.

Pork candy for sure!  Disco, I hadn't even thought about this before, but I'll be doing it for sure now!

Points for the picture show and ideas!

I have 8 of them, all in the ~1.5 pound range. 4 hams and 4 CBs it is. Now I just have to get to the weekend so I can get started.

If you need help storing any of that, I have lots of room. You can trust me.

Just might. My wife is finding out that her plan for the second fridge in the pantry and my plan for it are vastly different.

I have no problem wearing the pants in our family, as long as they are the ones she picked out.

Looking good, Disco.  I haven't tried pork burnt ends, but after seeing this, I'm definitely going to do up a batch--just happen to have a butt in the freezer.  Now all I have to do is get home long enough to fire up the MES.

POINTS!!!!!

Thanks for the point, Gary. I take it you are still working away from home.

No argument there. They were very popular here, too!
