? about cheese

I have smoked some cheese. Let it set a day,vacuum sealed them,put in fridge but when I open 3 of them 3 weeks later their was moisture on them. My question would be is this normal

Yes, I have had the same happen. I let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes and the moisture evaporates. I don't wipe off the cheese.
