Well been a long 5 plus weeks of being away from home. I did get a 6 day visit in the middle but no time to cook. So while in St Louis we ate at Pappy's Smokehouse mand it was good. I had teh pulled pork and a small rack of ribs to take home (Hotel). Well today I fired up the smoker and got the Beef Ribs and Brisket going. Too the ribs off first man spot on (Sorry forgot the photos) Tried something new. I took some honey, brown sugar than a lot of butter mixed it spread it out on foils then place teh ribs (meat side) on it to cook a few more hours. They were the best to date.

Not to be out done the brisket came out prefect could not be happier. I tried new sauce call Motor City which I bought in Warrne MI it to was fantastic. Will take photos next time
