Good Labor Day

I would have to many pics to post. I spent my week up in northern Mi camping and doing turkey breasts, pork loin and hamburgers on my smokey joe 2. My kitchen is below.
Top priority when cooking for a week outdoors is keeping the food prep area cleaned and proper food storage.
I use Coleman stoves for the other stuff and breakfasts. Hope everyone had a great Labor day to.
