Hey guys, this site is exactly what I was looking for. I'm new to all this and was planning on smoking a pork loin roast today. I've got a charbroil smoker from a cousin and I'm looking forward to learning a new way of doing my favorite meats. Thanks for all the info on the temps and all for the pork roast. I can't wait to start smoking.
