Smoking my first meatloaf today!  I have 2 lbs of ground chuck, 1.5 lbs fresh green onion sausage, 2 eggs, 1.5 cups  Italian breadcrumbs,1 tbs Jeff's rub, 2 tbs wooshy sauce, 1/2 cup marinara, all mixed up and formed into a loaf.  Rubbed with Lee & Perrins bold sauce and Jeff's rub.

Smoking it on the WSM at 250 until IT of 160.  Thanks for looking.

Mike

It seems like a good idea, my lady thinks that something is wrong with me.  I said that I got the idea from SMF, and she thinks something is wrong with y'all!

Thanks b-one.  It's a kicked up version, but it ain't gonna convert any haters LOL.
Meatloaf looks good! Nice job!!
Thanks hardcookin!

Looks good from where I'm sitting! I have smoked meatloaf before but it's been awhile. I use a Tyler Florence recipe that has a relish mixed in and on top with bacon slices topping the whole thing off. It also uses pieces of bread soaked in milk and then added into the meat mixture. Keeps the meat super moist! Perfect for the smoker.
