Hello! My name is Nathan and I'm from central Iowa. A little bit about me: I've been smoking meat for the past couple years and have enjoyed it from day one. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain that I primarily use. I've been using the smoking-meat.com website for about a year now and have really enjoyed the content over there. Came across these forums and decided to jump in on the discussions, as well as learn some new things from some of you other smokers. Something else about me, I started up a YouTube channel earlier this spring around barbecuing. I've been a big fan of YouTube for quite awhile and wanted to start up a channel. I figured why not start up a channel around smoking meats! If any of you guys are ever on YouTube and want to check it out, that'd be awesome! I'm always looking for some constructive feedback and new recipes to try out. I'm looking forward to adding to the discussions and keep on expanding my knowledge around smoking meat!
