Yes this got me excited!!

Found it at the store so it was getting used right away.   Nothing fancy, while I had some chicken breast going for the doggie...yea spoiled, I took some pit style beef from the other day (check this out) http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/251383/beef-shoulder-for-pit-style-beef and filled up some ciabata bread with the psb and the cheese while toasting the tops.  After I put them together in some foil to finish warming the beef.  Absolutely amazing how that cheese takes things to the next level!  Get some if you can find it.

Awesome sammie Keith, looks amazing ! Thumbs Up. Love horseradish cheese but it's so dang expensive round here !

Good looking Sammie! I love this stuff. Here we get tons of different cheeses and I'll try them all mostly... will not do linberger (sp?) OR this award winning one that a beer festival had for samples... smelt like 10 year old gym socks. My brother ate it for 20 dollars and face he made was worth every cent.

The suttleness horseradish gives the cheese is so good. One of my favorites is a horseradish garlic.

Wow, me want a bite of that sammie...

Cabot has a horseradish cheese, think that's the brand anyway. I smoke 10 lbs of it each fall. My wife's favorite smoked cheese.

Horseradish cheddar on a pit beef sandwich? Is that allowed? I'm sure it must be banned in Boston!

Great Sandwich!
