I,m new to smoking foods....tried it years ago bought thr smoker(charcoal style) never got off the ground.....now I bought a electric smoker,a 30" masterbiult....need to know how, how long to cook,the various meats & poultry....also interested in the varius sauses..bottom line Ineed help....I live in Holmdel, NJ....I Still work 4 days a week, doing other peoples tax returns.I'm a 78 years male
