Neighbors B-Day Deboned Stuffed Chicken

De-Boned the Chicken on Sat and marinated it.I leave the thigh and wing bone in,lets do pics

 

All the cavity bones removed ready to stuff on Sunday

Stuffing Mix

Ground Pork,Olives,Raisins,Chorizo,Hard Boiled Quail Eggs

Grated Cheese

All mixed using eggs as a binder

Sew the one end closed

Stuff

Sew it up and rest over night

Monday the day of the smoke had to tie it for shape

Took 5 hrs running around 300* in the WSM

Pic after legs and wings removed

Nicer pic on Tues.

My Neighbor has never had a surprise B-Day

Served with Dbbl Baked Potatoes, Asparagus, Stuffed Mushrooms

I really like your stuffing combo, all things I like.

 

Isn't it cool how easy it is to just slice up a de-boned bird!

 

Your sliced pics are certainly point worthy!

Great looking bird. Deboning the cavity only is a new one for me. I'll have to try my knife skills on that.

P4B Thanks it is not that hard to do,I like doing it without cutting the skin.You can cut the skin down along the backbone to make it easier.Thanks for the Points I appreciate it

Yea I agree Richie.

 

When I debone one I just leave the drumsticks & wings on, so when you tie it up it still looks like a chicken.

 

I did a turducken a few years ago. That was a fun project.

Justin thank you,he was really surprised & never had a surprise party. He is the same age as my oldest son,so I felt good doing it. Thanks for the Point I appreciate it
