HI everyone, my name is Brad and I am using a masterebuilt pro propane smoker. I have done many things on it like ribs, chicken, burgers and fish. All came out quite well. I am about to do chicken wings and would love any advice you fellow smokers may have as to temp, chips and time to do them. Thanks.

Hey Brad, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here with the new smoker and having fun with giving it a workout.

As far as temps for wings, hotter is better for crispy skin.  Or you can smoke them to 165F internal temp at a lower smoker temp, say 225F, then flash fry them in 350F oil to crisp up the skin.  Any wood will do, depending on your tastes.

Have fun!

Ray
