I'm from Fargo, ND. My name is Andrew. I am currently using a Propane Smoke Hollow Smoker that has seen its days and locations. I've done everything from roasts, ribs, salmon, tulabi and soon... everything. I'm planning on starting on a permanent smoke house with an external fire box. this will be big enough for our venison, sausage, rings, and what ever else can stuff in there. If anyone has any suggestions, do/don'ts let me know. Even though I have done quite a smoking I still consider myself a rookie.
