Hello all,

My understanding, compassionate, passionate and fabulous wife and I own a small restaurant and I have been smoking stuff for a while...many, many lurking hours on here without introduction.  Usually just too darn busy and at times drunk to take the moment.  For this, I apologize.

Currently using a Tejas 2442 for a small restaurant and beating myself up regularly for cooking hundreds of pounds of butts, brisket weekly...(at least the grease trap is nearby).

Loving the life and wife.  we live in central Indiana and buy oak and hickory locally..I'm 58, feel 70, and  used to jump our of perfectly good airplanes for the US Army. Consider myself a patriot and don't wear it on my sleeve.
