While I was not super happy with cut of meat once i cut into it because it had more fat in it than i would usually like. But it was the best pork i ever made and I could just pull it apart with my fingers because It was super moist and juicy and had greatttttttt flavor.
I dub it frank-en-pork
I rubbed it with Jack Daniels chicken ( yes chicken) rub
i cooked with Cherry and Maple
I brushed it with a mixture of Maple Syrup and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
I injected it with Maple Syrup
I cooked it for 10.5 hours and rested it for 1.5 hours. what a hodgepodge of stuff but it was so good.
