kinda sorta a smoked meatloaf
I just mixed beef/shredded cheese/onions and green peppers together shaped them in a loaf pan brushed it with some BBQ sauce and tossed it in the smoker for a couple hours lol. It was super good and there was none left. i got the IT up to 140 ( i need a new better temp probe/indicator) and i wished i had pulled it out a bit earlier because like my red meat on the rare side.
I cooked with maple and cherry wood
