I''ve been wanting to try beef back ribs for a while and Jeff's last weekly post gave me the nudge. Apparently there are different kinds of "back ribs". The ones from Kroger don't look like the ones from Marsh (Marsh likes to cut things in pieces to avoid sticker shock and the cutter assured me the small packages amounted to a whole "rack". I don't trust the kid and miss the last cutter.).
Can anyone give a dummy some guidance?
