Not all I was thinking they would be,but still tasty. Very tender next time a sauce would be nice. And I'm surprised to admit the Tatonka Dust didn't shine on these I believe it has to do with the braising stage which I have never done with it before.

Nice lookin ribs b, they sure look tasty !

I'm probably gonna get beat up a bit for this... But, I've never braised beef ribs ! I do them low & slow for hours but they always turn out great !

I'm not a foil fan but to me it helps on the beefies. I'll just finish it off as sammies for lunch it's all good, had I cooked them like the chuckie last weekend and made some gravy I'm sure they would of been money!

Looks great Bone! One little trick I do after the braise is to hit the meat with a bit more seasoning . Not a lot just a tad more.

I could see how that would work but this was just strange tasting, luckily not from bad meat!

b-one not bad braising is always worked for me,I only S&P mine
Richie

Lesson learned for me I'll keep the dust on nonbraised dishes,I have liked it on everything else!
