I have one three pound shoulder (skin on) and six one pound pork tri-tips. All going in to the smoker for a party. How long would this amount of meat take? I usually only smoke a 2 pound roast at a time and it takes 4 hours at 200°. Does it take longer for more meat at the same time? Should I be getting up to watch the Persied meteor shower to light the smoker and puttin on the pig?
