Decided to step my burgers up and do something different. I had picked up some Jim Beam chips awhile back and wanted to put them to use.
It's just my wife and I so I used just a pound of hamburger 80/20. Mixed in some salt pepper minced onion Worcestershire a dash of Tabasco and of course Jim Beam.
Added a sprinkle of Gourmet Burger for good measure. Divided into thirds I got 2 out of the 3.
Smoked them with Jim Beam chips at 225 for about 45 minutes.
Nice TBS!
Kitties were curious as usual so I had to make some chicken on the grill for them.
Took them off and slapped them on the grill for less than a minute.
Added a slice of Pepper Jack and Cheddar on a corn dusted bun with all the fixin's.
They turned out amazing!
