It will be posted! It's pretty simple for my setup it will go in the center of my kettle and I'll load it full of lite coals place a hunk of wood over the vortex and wrap the wings around it like there praying to stop a volcano from erupting!:biggrin:

I like the idea of mixing in the onion soup after pulling it. My last 2 were dry and I planned to inject the next one.

I thought it work better that way like cooking in a crockpot,just smoke till it looks good and pan it up add liquid of choice seal and finish.Thumbs Up
 
ok - Ive got a chuck roast for Monday, and wings for today. I marinated them in Stubbs Garlic and herb overnight - and I will use apple wood for the smoke.

I'll post pics later.

Everything else for todays BBQ is on the grill.........too bad
