Link to OLD butcher recipes

Thread Starter

I recently bought a smoker and in searching for old-time Polish sausage recipes I found a collection I think you will get a kick out of in browsing through. Comes from an old butcher supplier, B. Heller Co. Chicago. I think may still be in business, and this was meant for commercial butchers. Recipes for everything from all sorts of sausages to kraut to mincemeat. I really enjoyed browsing through and I bet you will too.

Same here. The last no came up empty.

If you ever see this cook book somewhere pick it up, it's a hoot!

That worked for me.

Get it quickly before the mods disable it.

They don't like links in the forum.

Good luck and good smoking.

Just beginning scanning.

If nothing else, this is a treasure just for the historical relic qualities of it.

Good luck and good smoking.
