Hi all. 

I am Jonathon from Harding, KwaZulu-Natal South Africa (can only smoke and cure in winter as summers are too hot)

I have just started with curing and smoking. I use a ProQ Cold Smoke Generator in my Weber for smoke.

Have recently made my first bacon. Moderate success. Wish I had seen this forum before I started !!

Much to learn, much to improve on.
