Just got a GMG Jim Bowie yesterday! Last night we did some chicken wings, shrimp, and some bacon. Wound up with a flare up, believe from the bacon. We laid the strips out over a cookie sheet with raised lips, but I guess the grease went over the lips. What's best method for doing bacon without worrying about the flare ups?
