From Tennessee...Jumping into the deep end

Hello I am Dennis from East TN  I am starting the process of getting my first true smoker. I have been using a grill over the years and now want to do real smoked bbq. I have pretty much decided on an electric smoker for convenience as much as constraints. I have been doing some research am a looking seriously at the SI 3D.
