I've been trying to post this for over a week. mike5051 mike5051 and a few others convinced me to get the vortex. . . Awesome. We had a neighborhood/family picnic so I mixed up the standard PP option with a load of wings to test out my new toy. I used it wrong. . . Big end up instead of down, but I'll take the results for now! I love my Weber kettles and think they'll get used more again. As a guy without a lot of time to do what I really enjoy smoking/bbq, I feel like a MES with AMNPS and a Vortex with the kettle are a perfect match. You create low and slow flavor for the bigger meats and get to play with fire with the proteins better suited for high heat.

Thanks for looking!

All these toys!

I do need a ribolator, I do need a vortex!

Do I really?

Of course I do!!

It's too easy to just hit a couple of keys & 2 days later this stuff shows up at your door!

Haha! I thought you sold off all your toys after you bought the Lang? I guess it never stops!
