From a Fellow Newbie !
I spent weeks surfing this site before I joined, I was looking at others, but this is the best bunch of guys and gals I have seen so I joined, not to mention all the recipes and information at your finger tips, I have a text file full of directions and goodies just waiting to be unleashed !
I just bought the same smoker, did a rack mod and waiting on the last 3 racks I need, working with Jerky first, and cannot wait to get smokin

Thanks for the hearty welcome gents. My first shoulder came out great imo. A bbq perfectionist at work suggested more salt next time. Thanks for all of the great advice.
