My first attempt at bb ribs fell way short of what I wanted --- but the second attempt came out with great results as there was none left and my dad licked the plate a bit that the ribs were on.

Ok 2 racks from BJ's wholesalers and I forgot the brand -- but they were meaty and the silverskin was already removed which was nice.

Ok just a basic BBQ rub on for about 5 hours before smoke. Equip-rec tec rt680 - pellets-cooking pellets perfect mix and I did the 3-2-1 which was actually 3-2.5-1.5. that's just the way it worked out.  Inside the wrap was basic also just b-sugar, parkay, honey, a bit of apple juice.  Temp was 250 the whole time.  glaze twice last hour with honey, BBQ sauce, apple juice, ap cider vine and some capt Morgan for a little taste.

Took them off at 200 and they pretty much fell off the bone the way the wife likes them - so I had that going for me

Sunday I'm hopefully doing a brisket and I owe someone a big thanks for all his advice that he gave me in pm -- probably started annoying the poor guy and I'm sure he was thinking to himself that this rookie is a pain in the butt.  I would say who he is but I don't have permission so I won't name him --- thanks and I'm sure I will bother you again

I will have q-view from Sundays smoke
