First off thanks for all the suggestions

Step one: put string cheese in the freezer for three hours

Step two: took 8 slices of bacon, shook favorite rub on one side

Step three: placed slices of bacon on the smoker, set at 225, for ten minutes

Step four: take bacon off smoker to cool, crank heat to 400

Step five: unwrap string cheese, wrap bacon around it, place on baking sheet

Step six: smoke for 10-15 minutes, watching cheese so it doesn't melt, take off and let cool. Then enjoy!

Season ticket holder. QB play was not good last year, can't imagine it can be worse.

Yeah my brother in law saw something on Pinterest and bought all the stuff. I said why not. Also did bacon wrapped boneless thighs last night. Always good.
