I'm intending to use this "Pig Roaster" to smoke about 60+# of brisket and than later in the smoke about 30 # of game hens--I'm intending to keep temp around 225 and since  the PR60 does not really allow for adding more fuel after loading,  i plan on using 80# of kings for lump briquet supplemented with 35# of applewood chunks for smoke--

Anyone with experience using this smoker and or combo of fuel, or any advice etc TIA--
