I love to smoke and am just getting into it heavy. I use the Char Broil Big Easy (love it!) and have a Smokemeister (not sure about this). I also use the idevices igrill mini thermometer which is a great product. I have the Smokemeister mounted to a old Holland gas grill but it just comes back up out of the Smokemeister. I sold the Holland Grill and am contemplating placing it on my Char Broil combo grill. Great concept and would help me cold smoke liquors which is my next experiment. My fiancee loves smoking as well, and as I ma typing she is finishing up a Boston butt on the Big Easy using apple wood chips. Smells absolutely divine everytime she opens the dang door.

 

Anyway, any advice on rubs, sauces, Smoklemeister, and other recipes, and eqiupment needed, please let me know. Look forward to learning and sharing ideas with eac of you.
