New to this forum and absolutely love it. I have the Char Broil Big Easy (absolutely love it) and the Smokemeister (not too happy) on a gas grill. I use the idevices igrill mini thermometer. I am interested in cold smoking tequila or bourbon, but the Smokemeister disappointed me. Maybe it is the grill design, so I sold the grill it was on (Holland Grill) and going to add it to my regular gas grill.
Any advice or tips on the Smokemeister welcome, and advice on smokinmg in general (wood types, sauces, rubs, other misc stuff ) please let me know. Even my fiancee is in to this. She is smoking a Boston utt now on apple wood chips on the Big Easy. Smells divine.
