Smoking chicken & beans

Have any of you smoked chicken & baked beans, where you let the chicken drippings drip in the beans? I've read quite a bit about people doing it with beef & pork but haven't seen any about chicken.

Thank you

No reason not to. It is a Myth that Chicken Juices dripping on stuff in a smoker or oven is a Safety issue. The Chicken and the Beans will be cooked to 165+ and no Bacteria known to cause illness can survive those temps...JJ
