I sliced up four large Big Boy tomatoes, put 'em in the smoker and set the heat to 150*. No smoke, just heat.
21 July, 6 AM-
I just took them out. They're dry, but still pliable. A little later today, I'll shove 'em in a Ball jar, super heat 'em and put the lid on.
