My new toy with mods

Ok. So to start things off I have been looking for a charcoal smoker for a while and I couldn't pass up the deal on this. It is a Dyna-Glo wide body offset smoker. The research I found on this is they loose heat and are hard to move so I fixed those problems. This is what I did.
This is what it looks like inside. It can easily hold 10 full racks of baby backs.

Mod 1 Install heat gasket around fire box to eliminate all leaks.

Mod 2 Install the same gasket on the fire door to eliminate all leaks.

Mod 3 I bought 4 nice casters from home depot and used unistrut and hardware donated from various trades on my jobsite [emoji]128521[/emoji] to install the casters to make this easy to move.

Now all I have to do is break it in. [emoji]128526[/emoji]

not sure what ill smoke first. maybe just some appetizers until i get it dialed in. This is now #6 in my smoker arsenal and im looking at getting a new toy again real soon. ;)
