Going to smoke a whole duck(domestic) and I had an extra packet of this jerky seasoning. Was thinking about using it as the marinade. Good or bad idea? Advice on cook time and temp?
If you like the seasonings, use them.... Cooking ?? We slit the skin and steam the duck to render the fat and pre cook the duck..... then season and brown the skin... Peking duck style... orange glaze and all that stuff....
