Chicken tacos

I got a free bag of chicken thighs there boneless/skinless so I thought they would make great tacos! Tossed them on the Ribolator seasoned with salt,cbp,ancho chili powder,garlic and cumin.

That ribolator is really cool!

 

They make some really neat accessories for the kettles nowadays.

Looks great! I wanted smoked chicken in my stuffed poblanos but the ex-vegetarian wife nixed that idea last night!
