I felt like something different, so I pulled out some Fresh Sausage that I had “Cold Smoked” awhile back, and decided to make a couple Sammies.
Mrs Bear chopped up a couple Bell Peppers, and whipped up some Tomato Sauce.
Then I split & fried up the Sausage, and put these together, topped off with a couple of Fried Eggs.
This was a nice change from my usual Deerburgers & Cheesesteak Sammies!!
