Eckrich Skinless Smoked Sausage?

My wife wants me to try and duplicate their smoked sausage and I dont even know where to start looking for a recipe. Can anyone point me in a direction?

 

Also are they using a casing and then removing it and calling it skinless?

I've never heard of them, but they look very similar to kielbasa. So I'd start with one of the kielbasa recipes here and see where that gets you.



Unfortunately looking at the label the seasonings are of course absent. Beef, pork, turkey and chicken all in there. Some of the other ingredients I'd use. I can't do MSG, and I'm not sure all the other stuff is needed.
