I have a friend that is married to a Korean lady and she makes me some GREAT kimchi on a regular basis. As a surprise, I'd like to make her some soondae sausage. It's a Korean blood sausage that he say's she loves.
Now, my issue is this, on line, I have found a few recipes, but they are all over the place in ingredients, process, etc... I was wondering if any of my sausage making friends had a proven recipe/process
