Let's talk salad!
Pretty simple slice and roast potatoes. 400-425. Drizzle olive oil mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder on a sheet pan. Roast.
For the dressing:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
Chopped chives (I get a handful out of our garden)
2-4 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 oz bottle of capers
No salt needed as the capers have plenty.
