Happy 4th everybody! Got some folks coming over and we've got a bunch going into the Meat Locker today.

First the butts. The one on the left is an Asian style and the the one on the right has been injected with a BBQ sauce/ Worcestershire sauce concoction my buddy came up with.

I also have a turkey breast and some chicken wings going on later.
Looking forward to a good day around the smoker. :grilling_smilie:
 

Moving right along. Pulled back the skin on the breast and rubbed it down with a compound butter of garlic and Bird Rub. Pulled the skin back over and applied olive oil and some more rub, stuffed the cavity with a cut up orange and into the smoker.

Butts hit IT of 160, doubled wrapped and into the oven to finish up. :grilling_smilie:
