Hello All! I hope everyone is enjoying their Independence Day Weekend celebrations!
First, a little about me:
I am a US Navy Veteran. I'm a member or the Sons of The American Legion (my years in service didn't coincide with the Legionnaires). I ride with the Patriot Guard Riders and Rolling Thunder New York Chapter 5. When I'm not at work for the railroad, I'm either finishing my damn kitchen rehab, fishing, cooking on the grill or smoker, or doing work with one of my Veteran organizations.

So, a little about what I like to grill/smoke:

For the grill, there's nothing like a nice fat rib-eye or maybe a porterhouse (just had one of those). For the smoker, I've done better with pork than beef. Pinwheel a pork loin, wrap that sumbitch in bacon, and put it on the smoker above some smoldering apple wood for about 4 hours....Mmmmm mmmm!
