I bought a used Traeger junior elite grill and it is missing the grease drip pan. Traeger is sending me a replacement drip pan. I was really hoping to cook St. Louis ribs on it on Monday. Would it work to get a disposable aluminum pan to put in it and collect the grease. I was thinking on the end where the bucket is I would just get 2 or 3 bricks for it to sit on. Is the completely a dumb thing to do and just wait for the pan. Or do you think it would work in a pinch? Thank in advance for your thoughts and ideas
