First attempt smoking turkey so I thought I would try the legs first. I made up a batch of Jeff's brine. Water buttermilk salt and brown sugar and soaked them 24 hours. Seasoned it with Kickin Chicken. Corn on the cob soaked in water for 3 hours and smoked with mesquite for just over 2 hours.

Threw on some black beans to warm up and soak up that smoky goodness.

It all turned out amazing, the skin was soft which I was really worried about turned out great. I'll be smoking up more turkey again!
