I have a 30 inch master built electric smoker her and thought about purchasing the barbecue rib racks that I have seen on Amazon. The problem is is that they are not getting great reviews as some say it does not let the smoke circulate as they would laying down, or they don't fit, etc. does anyone else have any say in the matter? I love the way my ribs are cooking now, this would be just to increase capacity for Fourth of July.

When I use rib racks, I don't fill it full.    I leave a space between each rib to make sure I get smoke and heat evenly , so I can only fit 3 racks of ribs on one rib rack.
