new to forums and a beginner smoker

Hello to All,

I'm Doug from NC. New to forum arena but have smoked off and on for years. Typical holiday times and occasional periods in between.  I love the process, the smells and of course the taste. I have used two different smokers, Brinkman charcoal and most recently the Masterbuilt 30 electric. Looking forward in learning.
