Broke in that new Rotisserie yesterday with a 4.5 lb. Prime Rib

Seasoned with Salt Pepper and Worcestershire Sauce

set the 18.5" kettle up with some Royal Oak Briquettes and there was a small piece of Pecan in it

Carrots,Celery, Garlic with some Beef Stock in the pot below the PR

Temps went a little high I had to remove some of the charcoal to keep it down around 225.
After 3hrs it was time to check Temp was 130*

Gave it another 30 minutes temp was 215* in the kettle pulled it at 138* IT

138* climbed 140*

Missed taking sliced pics but here Dinner

Richie, sorry I missed this but DANG! That is a good spin right there my friend. I hate how charcoal has its own mind sometimes and doesn't cooperate with temp! Points for sure here!

Adam Thanks I am having fun learning,I think I could get the temps down enough to do jerky or even sausage Thanks for the point I appreciate it
